o        Coaches Meeting / Discussion – Bob Meyers

• The season normally starts the 1st week after Labor Day.  Does not believe that they were having a meeting and that the rosters and pass-cards would be mailed.

•  “Coaches Meeting” was set as follows:
• 8/19 from 7:00pm-7:30pm with the following attendees
• President, Coordinators, Coaches
•  All Board Members are invited to attend as well
• FYI - Andrew Collari will not be present at the coaches meeting on 8/19 as he will be out of town (Board acknowledged)

• U6 & U8 Update– Chris Spring
• The goal is to have 11 total U8 teams and 9 total U6 teams
• Registration will be cut off at that point
  

• Field Availability Update– Steve Provost
  
• For the 8/19 meeting, Steve will provide all of the finalized field option
• Currently, the update is as follows
• U12 + = Rochedale Fields
• U10 = Memorial School Fields

• Goal Purchase (Group discussion) – Bob Meyers (Group Discussion)
• Discussion was put on hold in order to allow the Finance Committee to review the current financial status

•  Plaques for Tom Jacobs, Scott Reider and Bob Leno – Paul Belisle
• Board agreed that a total of $100 per person would be allocated (plaques / dinner gift certificate, etc.)

• MAYS Registration update – Bob Meyers
• All teams have been submitted / registered
• Discussion point was raised by Tony Piscopo to allow for coaches input going forward prior to finalizing teams
• Board agreed that this should be deferred to a Spring agenda item

• Confirms as official LSC Treasurer on 7/30
• Asked for a running agenda item of “Treasurers Update”

• Discussion regarding Size 3 vs. Size 4 balls for U6 – Chris Spring
• This had already been voted on and confirmed by the board that the league would transition from a Size 4 to a Size 3 ball in the U6 division
• Kerry Collari to work with the Financial Committee to purchase the new Size 3 balls
