o        Review of June Meeting Minutes

o        Introduction of all existing and new board / advisory members

o        Correction made that John Hannon has not retired from the club, but will instead stay on for a 1 year term as one of the four advisors to the club

o        New Business

o        All Full Time, Advisory, and Part Time Positions / Committees were voted on and finalized – please see the 2007 / 2008 Leicester Soccer Club Board breakdown below as voted on and confirmed at this meeting

•   Financial Committee proposed by President Ed Russo needs to be finalized

o        Discussion point was raised by President Ed Russo and at close of the meeting was informally deemed a committee with members including Ed Russo, Kerry Collari and Andrew Moore

• Discussion point was raised concerning on line registration and additional technology enhancements

o        Chuck Hamilton and Tony Piscopo will report back to the club at the next meeting with pro’s / con’s and additional ideas

• The discussion of WAYSA was tabled at this meeting.  The adult “over 30” league was formally separated from the Leicester Soccer Club pending further discussion.

•  The board unanimously agreed that clear direction will be provided to the three coordinator positions

o        All proposed changes regarding coordinator duties / program details must first be cleared by the board

•  “Friendly Game” proposal

o        Ed Russo and Paul Belisle will take the lead to discuss the scheduling of friendly games with surrounding towns (Auburn, Oxford, Spencer) for both the Spring and the Fall in regards to the Travel Teams

• Chuck Hamilton provided each board member with a disc containing the following documentation

• Andrew Moore will take responsibility for obtaining a Safe Deposit Box to house LSC materials

• Meeting Structure as proposed by President Ed Russo and agreed to by all

• Committee Breakout Groups:  Remaining 1 hour of each meeting

• All proposed agenda items must be submitted to Secretary Kevin Hesselton 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled meeting

• Final agenda for the next scheduled meeting will be distributed to the group 1 week prior

•  Meeting minutes draft will be distributed to the group from Secretary Kevin Hesselton within 72 hours of the meeting for group review

•  Group members to submit any proposed edits back to Secretary Kevin Hesselton within 72 hours of receipt of meeting minutes draft

• Final meeting minutes to be distributed to the group 48 hours post group review (five days post meeting)
