Leicester Soccer Club

Minutes June, 2007 –  Selecting Members of the Board

Present: Paul Belisle, Scott Rieder, Chuck Hamilton, Andrew Collari, Tom Jacobs,

    Bob Leno, Bob Meyers, Steve Provost, John Hannon, Ed Russo,

Absent: Brooke Cusson

Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM 

OLD BUSINESS

            Inform members not at May meeting of vote to create 4 advisory voting positions on the board.            Members eligible for these positions must be past/existing members of the club in good standing.

Met with potential candidates for 2007 board.

Each spoke on qualifications and reasons to be made a member

Scott – requested that the treasurer position be extended through 08/30/07 upon which time

 he would retire from the LSC.  This is to train a new Treasurer.

            Existing members announced their intentions and eligibility

            Members – Paul opted to run for an advisory position

                                 Scott, Bob L, Tom and John opted to retire from the LSC.

                                    The LSC thanked them for their years of service to the youth of Leicester and

to the soccer club.

            Vote taken -  Individuals elected will be contacted via phone / email to attend next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

Elected board members will vote on positions to be assigned.

Meeting over at 9:15 PM.   Next meeting rescheduled for July 8th, 2007
