Kathy - Need to reorder missing jersey #s.
Motion made to allow Kathy to reorder what she needed (missing and new smalls)
Motion was seconded, and unanimously voted in favor
Paul - K of C shootout went well. List of winners given to Chuck to post on website
Discussed the idea of a calendar raffle with the printer.
Not doing as well as in past. Tabled the idea of a calendar raffle.
Registrations scheduled for 11/2 and 11/9.
Mailing sent to all coaches with registration forms.
Donna proposes 2 forms, one for travel one for peewees.
U16 & U18 players must form their own teams and get a coach.
Will contact Lions about posting soccer reg. on town board.
Bob L. - Discussed refund policy if one was in place.
Need a better process to get CORI forms into registrar.
Cutoff dates for Spring signups discussed.
Asked about indoor soccer policy – still not LSC sponsored.
Chuck- Approached by an advertising agency to put ads on the website. LSC declined the idea.
Update on Uniroyal soccer balls (roughly 100 of 150 taken) and tires still being sold.
Agreed to call LCAC and put registration information in.
Steve - Discussed the field cancellation policy and what occurred this year with the weather.
Makeup game policy. Need to send confirmation to Steve after getting approval from other coach to schedule the field. Needs field requirements for Spring (MAYS) U10 is 6v6, U12 is 8v8 or 11v11
John - Makeup games should be coordinated so that games can be concurrent to assign referees for multiple games.
Scott - No financial report. Raised discussion on club rates.
Prices will increase for travel teams only to $45. Pee-Wees to stay at $40.
Scott to investigate corporate status with Secretary of Commonwealth.
October 15th to be Picture Day at Middle School Fields (primarily for U6 and U8)
Dinn Trophy called asking about medals for U6/U8 players as we did in the past.
