Went to WAYSA Meeting – They are flexible on adding rosters

Fall Season set to start 09/10

MAYS is raising fees from $8 to $11

Bought Quick Books @ $250.00 for financial reporting

Media Day to take pictures of U6-U8s on September 17th

            Practice nets were put down at Rochdale Park

Kathy

            Need plan to track uniforms better

            Missing: 14 Smalls; 15 Mediums; 15 Large

Suggestions:

·        charge players refundable fee at beginning of season

·        charge players for missing jerseys

·        better tracking by coaches/coordinators – all coaches to hand in roster to Kathy by next mtg

            Website ready for season –

Paul requested taking Rules off website.

Policy for cancellations discussed.

            Fundraiser discussed doing calendar raffle instead of candy bars

            2 cards/kid $20 per card = $40/kid
