Minutes from February 4nd , 2005

Present: Steve Provost, Joe Roberts, Paul Belisle, Tom Jacobs , Scott Rieder, Arleen Stevens, Kathy Boilard, Bob Meyers, Chuck Hamilton, Bob Leno

Meeting called to order at

OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS

·        Scott submitted financial report. Accepted.

·        Update Website to include LSC soccer bags for $22.

·        New fee schedule from Parks & Rec for lights at Rochdale Park. 

·        $25 per night, pre-paid

·        As a reference, LSC gave Parks & Rec $300 for Fall’04 season.

·        Estimate of $900 for Fall’05 season

·        Community Field will be used for the Spring’05 season, original layout.

·        US Youth Soccer had nominated the LSC website for an award.

·        Add following items to website:

·        Soccer store to sell bags, sweatshirts, etc.

·        Reminder about summer camp

·        Reminder to send in registration

·        Inventory and equipment info

·        Socks and cones are in.

·        Pinnies are in, 8 doz gold, 12 doz blue.

·        Shorts and soccer balls are in

·        Coaches will be required to sign out items.

·        Still need to order U8/U6 equipment, shirts need to be updated with current sponsors.

·        Recommendation to have High School students help with U8/U6 coaching.  This will provide them community service requirements for college.

·        Need U8/U6 coaches for Spring’05 season.  Certification is not required.
