Present: Steve Provost, Joe Roberts, Paul Belisle, Tom Jacobs , Scott Rieder, Arleen Stevens, Kathy Boilard, Bob Meyers

Meeting called to order at

OLD BUSINESS

·        Purchase of pinnes and cones for club – waiting for prices

·        Picking dates for Challenger Sports camps. – 2nd week of August, three year contract.

·        Steve asked for suggestions of field layouts for the U6 and U8 fields for Spring.

·        

 

NEW BUSINESS

·        Went over old business

·        Scott submitted financial report. Accepted.

·        Sign-ups went well.  New format w/ shorts worked well.  Next time include other items, i.e. bags, sweatshirts.

·        Paul submitted sign-up summary.

·        Kathy submitted inventory summary and re-stocking recommendations.

·        Candy drive update for next meeting.
