Leicester Soccer Club

Minutes from October  7^nd, 2004

Present: Steve Provost, Joe Roberts, Scott Rieder, Arleen Stevens, Kathy Boilard, Paul Belisle, Bob Meyers, John Hannon, Chuck Hamilton, Bob Leno

Absent: Tom Jacobs

• Meeting called to order at 7:38 PM

OLD BUSINESS 

• Kathy to buy new lock for trailer
• Jamboree upcoming

NEW  BUSINESS

• Scott R. submitted financial report.

• Bob Meyers spoke on jamboree day

•             Day chosen, high school field to be used

• Discussed fundraiser prize, the duffle bag.  Tom was able to get them for $20.

• Tom distributed candy to coaches.

• Kathy bought a new lock for the trailer and handed out the keys

• Discussion on buying pinnies and flat cones for the club.

•             Motion was made and seconded to buy 100 yellow and 100 blue pinnies.

•                         Vote was taken, passed 10-0

•             Motion was made and seconded to buy 100 flat cones

•                         Vote was taken, passed 10-0

• Discussion on where to house them, purchase a container, build a building.

• Joe raised the point about the port-o-lets for the soccer fields.  Bob Leno was going to      look into getting them delivered.

• Joe mentioned that we have a 3 year agreement with Challenger for our camps/training.

• Discussed the dates and location of the registration.  Confirmed.

• Discussed having a new shorts order form on the website. Suggestion made to add it to website along with new registration form.
