Minutes from September 2nd, 2004

 

Present: Steve Provost, Joe Roberts, Scott Rieder, Arleen Stevens, Tom Jacobs, Kathy Boilard, Paul Belisle, Bob Meyers, John Hannon, Chuck Hamilton.

Absent: Bob Leno

 

·         Meeting called to order at 7:45 PM

 

OLD BUSINESS 

 

NEW  BUSINESS

·         Scott R. submitted financial report.

·         Discussed fundraiser prize, decided on duffle bag.  Tom will check pricing.

·         Tom will order candy and start distribution.

·         New equipment is in.

·         Kathy had updated the equipment count and will be changing the lock on the trailer.

·         Have coaches mark shirt number/size/player and give copy to Kathy.

·         Kathy to order shorts, 20 extra for each size.

·         John needs U6/U8 refs.

·         357 total players for the Fall’04 season.

·         Sign-ups for Spring’05 possibly held at the Knights.  Sell shorts and other equipment at that time.  Return uniforms.

·         End of season Jamboree day at the high school or lower baseball field. 

·         Retirement party Friday, 10/22 7PM at the Knights for Dave Lekstrom and Ken Freidman.

·         Next meeting 10/7/04 7:30 pm Knights of Columbus
