Minutes from 3/4/04 Meeting

  • J. Roberts, B. Leno, K. Friedman, D. Lekstrom, T. Jacobs, B. Meyers, C. Hamilton, A. Stevens, S. Provost, J. Hannon, S. Rieder

  • Old Business

    • Soccer Camp week will be 8/16-8/20

 

  • New Business

    • Scott presented the Financial Statement.  Unanimously accepted.

    • Scholarship money - $1000 each for boy and girl ($500 each from Soccer Club).

    • Joanne Bernier spoke to the Soccer Club about the spring’04 soccer season.  Recommendation was made to add the bylaws (or link) to the webpage to better inform the coaches.

    • Recommendation to add the meeting minutes to the webpage after approval.  Certain items will be removed on an “as-needed” basis.

    • There is an opening for a sponsor.  T-shirts need to be updated.

    • New sign-up fees for the fall’04 season.  $40 sign-up fee, $10 late fee.  Need to clarify cost if two or more players in a family

    • Need to keep track of Ref’s for the spring.  Coaches should email the board when there is a problem.

    • Next meeting 4/1/04, , Knights of Columbus.
