• J. Roberts, B. Leno, K. Friedman, D. Lekstrom, T. Jacobs, B. Meyers, C. Hamilton, A. Stevens, S. Provost, J. Hannon, S. Rieder

           Reviewed last month's business

• New Business

• Tom Williams from Challenger Sports presented summer camp options to the board.

• 150 programs in N.E.

• They teach both American and English styles

• 3 free clinics (players and coaches)

• Board needs to define numbers and best week for camp.

• Web page is “www.challengersports.com”

• Scott presented the Financial Statement.  Unanimously accepted.

• Chuck to update website with sweatshirt purchase and shoe swap info.

• Need to select date for shoe swap.

• All traveling girls teams are full.  Need U14 coach.

• U10, U12 boys are full.  U14 boys almost full

• 316 sign-ups.  Take new kids on an “as needed” basis.  Add to waiting list if opening is not available.

• Referees are all set for the spring

• Next meeting 3/4/04, 7:30PM, Knights of Columbus.
